Is there a setup fee?
No. Pricing is the monthly subscription only. No setup, no onboarding charges.
What if I have 1 property today and 5 next year?
You can upgrade anytime. We prorate the difference automatically, so you only pay for the additional capacity from the day you upgrade.
Do you charge per booking or per property?
Per property, per month. Flat. We don't take a cut of bookings — that's what the OTAs do, not us.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
We email you 3 days before the trial ends. If you don't pick a plan, your account goes view-only — nothing is deleted, you just can't send messages or accept bookings until you choose a plan.
Do I need to cancel my current PMS first?
No. Most hosts run Symplehost in parallel with their existing tools during the trial. You only turn off the old stack once you're confident.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, no annual commitment by default. Annual plans are available with a discount.
Do you take a cut of bookings?
No. We charge a subscription. The OTAs take cuts on their bookings — Airbnb is ~15%, Booking is ~17% — but Symplehost doesn't add anything on top.
Which payment methods do you support for direct bookings?
Cards globally via Stripe. Regional and local payment methods (UPI in India, DOKU/GoPay/OVO in Indonesia, more) are rolling out market by market.
