The Symple plan is our all-inclusive property management platform. For just 1% commission on OTA booking revenue, you get everything: property management, OTA connections, channel manager, messaging across all platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), AI tools, CRM, team management, and more. It's everything you need in one simple package.
How does the pricing works?
We charge a 1% commission on all booking revenue, charged at the end of the month based on actual bookings. This means you only pay more when you earn more. We also apply a 1-time $10 onboarding fee, charged at the end of the free trial. If you cancel your free trial you don't need to pay.
What is Grow Direct?
Grow Direct is an optional add-on for hosts who want to grow their direct booking business. It includes payment gateway integration, quotations with payment, website builder, and services booking. It charges a 6% commission on direct bookings only (not OTA bookings).
Do I need Grow Direct?
Only if you want to build a direct booking business! If you're focused on OTA channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), the Symple plan has everything you need. Add Grow Direct when you're ready to reduce OTA dependency and capture more direct bookings.
Can I add or remove Grow Direct any time?
Yes! You can activate or deactivate Grow Direct anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately, and there's no long-term commitment.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 30-day free trial for new accounts.
How does commission billing works?
We track booking revenue automatically when bookings are created in the system. At the end of each month, commissions are calculated and added to your invoice. The monthly property fee is charged at the beginning of the month, while commission charges appear at the end.
What if I have a larger operation?
For larger operations with unique requirements, we offer Custom/Enterprise plans with dedicated support, custom integrations, and flexible terms. Contact our sales team to discuss your needs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
