What a short-term rental coach helps you with

Bring one real challenge to the call. These are the questions hosts ask most.

Winning more properties

How to find owners, pitch your management service and sign listings without discounting your fee.

Pricing and profitability

Whether your management fee, nightly rates and cleaning charges leave you enough margin to grow.

Hiring and team structure

When to hire your first person, which role comes first and what you should stop doing yourself.

Systems that scale

Which parts of guest messaging, cleaning and owner reporting to automate before you add more listings.

Direct bookings

How to bring repeat guests back through your own website and rely less on OTA commissions.

Your next stage

What changes between 5, 20 and 50 properties, and where to put your time at each one.

How coaching works

  1. 1

    Find your coach

Filter by your market and what you need help with, then open the coach's page to see how they work.

  2. 2

    Book through SympleHost

Pick a time on the coach's calendar. Julie starts with a free 15-minute call. Shashank's sessions are paid securely online before the call.

  3. 3

    Bring a real problem

This is not a software demo. Use the session to get an experienced operator's view on the decision in front of you.

Short-term rental coaching: common questions

What is short-term rental coaching?
Short-term rental coaching is one-to-one guidance from someone who has run an Airbnb or vacation rental business themselves. A coach helps with the decisions software cannot make for you: how to win owners, what to charge, when to hire and how to grow without working more hours.
Is coaching free?
It depends on the coach. Julie George gives a free 15-minute first call, and paid consulting can follow. Shashank Udyawar's sessions for hosts in India are paid from the first session: ₹499 for two hours, paid securely online before the call.
Is this a SympleHost sales call or demo?
Strategy calls are about your business, not our software. Setup sessions are hands-on: the coach learns how you run your properties and sets SympleHost up around it. For a general product walkthrough, book a demo with the SympleHost team.
Which coach should I book?
Pick by what you need. For short-term rental business strategy, book Julie George, who coaches hosts worldwide. If you run homestays, villas or apartments in India and want to fix operational leaks with SympleHost, book Shashank Udyawar.
How long is the call and where does it happen?
Julie's first call is 15 minutes on Zoom. Shashank's sessions run for two hours online. Each coach lists their session length and format on their profile.
Do I need a large portfolio to book?
No. Hosts book whether they are adding their first few listings or running a management company. The call is most useful when you bring one specific challenge.
